ExpressVPN's website showed recurring anomalies in Egypt through July 2026, per OONI, concentrated on TE Data/WE, Egypt's largest ISP, with 29 anomalies against 9 clean results since June 1. No dated in-country user report confirms whether the tunnel itself connects, so status stays unverified.
