Its protocol lineup in Russia (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IKEv2) is entirely DPI-blocked per 2026 reporting, and a Russian account marketplace marks PureVPN accounts as not working in RF. The disagreeing sources are weak: a vendor blog last updated December 2024 and an affiliate guide that admits the website is blocked while claiming the service works.
