Method: The CyberGhost website is measurably interfered with on Egypt's major ISPs (OONI, current through 2026-07-21), so in-country signup/download likely requires an already-working VPN or mirror. Whether the tunnel itself connects is unverified: CyberGhost has no obfuscation mode, so WireGuard and OpenVPN-over-TCP:443 are the things to try. A blocked vendor website does not prove the tunnel fails.
